Owner Calendar

Request & Approval

Direct Payment
Payment is made directly between parties. PatriMatch is just the connection platform -- no commissions on rental.
Cancellation Policy
Owners set the policy: Flexible, Moderate, Strict, or Non-Refundable. The policy is shown to guests before booking and locked after the first paid booking.
Refund System
Guest cancels and requests a refund with reason and evidence. Owner has 48h to approve or reject. Unanswered cases are escalated for review.
Photo Check-in/Check-out
Photographic documentation at handover and return. Protects both owner and tenant in case of disputes about damages.
Anti-Fraud
Payment proof upload, check-in/check-out photos as evidence. Complete traceability system to resolve disputes securely.
Important: PatriMatch does not process rental payments. We are the platform that connects owners and tenants. Payment is agreed upon and made directly between parties.
